Aligned with the Talent Development Capability Model™, this in-depth program aims to hone the organizational skills of talent development professional’s to enable them to effectively plan and coordinate training events.

L&D Coordinators and Entry Level L&D employees with less than 3 years of experience (UAE Nationals)

Duration

15 training days over a 3 month period (5 days each month)

With strong interpersonal skills, and a streak of achievements across various sectors, Aya is highly skilled in: • Designing learning areas. • Applying a wide variety of methodologies including, ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), SAM (Successive Approximation Model) and LxD (Learner Experience Designing). • Online moderation. • Simulation facilitation and gamification. • Designing and delivering learning products that vary between 2 hour workshops to long-term programs.
