Program Overview

Aligned with the Talent Development Capability Model™, this in-depth program aims to hone the organizational skills of talent development professional’s to enable them to effectively plan and coordinate training events.

General Info

L&D Coordinators and Entry Level L&D employees with less than 3 years of experience (UAE Nationals)

15 training days over a 3 month period (5 days each month)

Upon completion of this comprehensive learning program, participants will be able to:

  • Apply the key capabilities for the successful coordination and planning of learning events

  • Explain the core principles of adult learning and how it impacts training, planning and coordination

  • Articulate the phases of the ADDIE training model

  • Describe the steps required to conduct thorough needs assessments

  • Apply the appropriate strategies for selecting technology in organizations

  • Know how to effectively partner with relevant stakeholders and what data analytics are necessary

  • Apply the core principles of project management

  • Plan effective evaluations

Aya Medhat is an enthusiastic training professional with over 12 years of experience in managing training projects and learning activities, as well as designing, and delivering trainings based on trainee and organizational needs.

Working alongside external training providers, internal instructors, and SMEs, Aya is passionate about working with people, and aiming for the deepest impact with highest engagement. With strong interpersonal skills, and a streak of achievements across various sectors, Aya is highly skilled in: • Designing learning areas. • Applying a wide variety of methodologies including, ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), SAM (Successive Approximation Model) and LxD (Learner Experience Designing). • Online moderation. • Simulation facilitation and gamification. • Designing and delivering learning products that vary between 2 hour workshops to long-term programs.
