Workshop Overview

The Academy offers this opportunity to all those who are interviewing in their work, including managers, human resource experts, training and all specialists who seek to gain knowledge and experience in this field.

General Info

Human resources professionals, line managers, mentors, and trainers (Grades 1-3)

The program will take place over a period of five (5) days.

  • The program contributes to the accreditation of participants as registered users of the professional test (abilities and personality) and to practice, analyze and provide feedback on psychometric tools

  • Obtaining a qualified assessor certificate in the management of design and implementation of assessment and development centers

  • Preparing qualified interviewers in adopting ethical and best practices in competency-based interviews and using objective behavioral evidence to make recommendations and selection/promotion decisions

Prepare a qualified practitioners to use of psychometrics and provide the essential knowledge in conducting business simulation assessments and interviewing

All participants must attend the full program as per the dates and times shared and must abide by the ADSG learning contract shared to receive the certificate

Jonathan Rook

Trainer Assessor & Coach

Jonathan is a qualified Assessor, Coach and User of a wide range of psychometric tools for use in assessment and development contexts
Jonathan has over 18 years’ of consulting experience, working as a management consultant, in-house HR consultant and psychologist. As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, he is experienced working with clients across the talent life-cycle, including psychometrics, assessment centres, leadership and executive development, competency frameworks, talent analytics, training and coaching.

He has extensive experience of Assessment Centre delivery, with a focus on senior leadership assessment and development. Jonathan is a qualified test user and trainer on a wide range of psychometric tools. He has worked with clients across the public and private sectors, including Central Government, Defence, Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Retail, Pharmaceuticals and Telecommunications. He also has international experience of projects in Europe, India, Asia and across various countries in the Middle East, most recently in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Full member of the Division of Occupational Psychology and Associate Fellow of The British Psychological Society. He also holds a Certificate in Coaching with the Centre for Coaching, UK, and is a member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP), as well as being a registered Psychologist with the Health Professions Council, UK.
