Program Overview
A globally recognized method of evaluating the results of training and learning programs, the Kirkpatrick Method provides a standard for leveraging and validating talent investments. Through this program, you will gain deeper insights into the Kirkpatrick methodology and understand how to apply it to learning and development, maximizing performance results.
You will explore the reasons why evaluation is critical to training success and hear case studies and success stories from companies that have used the model effectively. You will also learn tactics to help you to allocate training resources effectively.
A key focus of this program is the exploration of how to ensure that what is learned transfers to on-the-job behaviors. You will learn why training alone is not enough and receive guidance to ensure that what you teach is utilized on the job.
Program General Info
Grade 1-4 who work in L&D domain from all levels and oversee implementing the training effectiveness (UAE Nationals)
16 hours face-to-face sessions held over two days
Upon the successful completion of the program, participants will become an internationally certified and recognized Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation Professional, and will be able to:

Evaluate training effectiveness at all levels, especially in evaluating training impact on performance results

Create a chain of evidence to help them link the results achieved at each level to establish the big picture outcome

Work as an internal business partner with their organizations stakeholders to achieve the results they aspire for

Practice the latest techniques in training evaluation using the evaluation approach

Connect with professionals from around the world, exchange ideas, learn from other experience, and share the expertise
Participants will have unlimited access to the Kirkpatrick Partners library of resources including training evaluation case-studies, real-life examples, whitepapers, videos, tools, and ready to use evaluation templates.
